Our team successfully managed the end-to-end relocation of a casino ship from the Mississippi River, USA, to Goa, India. The operation began with a 12-hour tow along the river, followed by the careful loading of the casino vessel onto the semi-submersible ship MV Eide Trader. This complex process required precise planning, seamless coordination, and a thorough understanding of marine operations to ensure safe and efficient handling.
Once the cargo was securely lashed and sea-fastened, the vessel sailed via the Suez Canal to Goa. Upon arrival, our team safely discharged the casino ship to her owners, completing the project without incident.

BPCL Coastal Pipes Movement – Kandla to Cochin, India
We successfully executed the transportation of pipes for BPCL, moving them from Man Industries’ factory in Kandla to the BPCL facility near Cochin.
The project involved road transportation of pipes from the factory to Kandla Port, followed by customs clearance and loading onto a chartered multipurpose vessel bound for Cochin Port. Upon arrival, the cargo was safely discharged and transported by road to the BPCL premises, located approximately 50 km from the port.
This operation required meticulous planning, coordination, and execution across multiple logistics stages, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of all cargo.

Windmill Mould Transportation – Taicang, China to Indian Ports
Our team managed the complete logistics for the transportation of windmill moulds, each measuring up to 63 meters in length, from Taicang to Indian ports.
The operation included ex-factory pickup, specialized road movement from Taicang to Shanghai Port, followed by customs clearance and loading onto a chartered multipurpose or bulk vessel for sea shipment to India.

Mobile Harbour Crane Transportation – Kolkata to Tuticorin, India
Our team successfully executed the coastal transportation of three mobile harbour cranes, each weighing approximately 425 metric tons and standing 40 meters high, from Kolkata to Tuticorin.
The cranes were destined for Dakshin Bharat Container Terminal (DBCT) and were moved aboard a multipurpose heavy-lift vessel. The operation required the cranes to be physically repositioned on the vessel’s hatch covers to optimize stowage and balance.
Once correctly positioned, all cranes were securely lashed and sea-fastened in accordance with heavy-lift safety standards. For coastal movement within India, the vessel was converted from a foreign flag to an Indian flag, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Auxin successfully executed the transportation of 20,000 FRT tons of onshore oil rig equipment from Kakinada Port, East Coast India, to ASRY Terminal, Bahrain on a chartered MPP tween-decker vessel.
